I can’t begin to thank you for the knowledge you shared and for helping me and my husband find a better road to good health. Without you we would be a total of 30 pounds heavier, cholesterol would be higher, and I’d be suffering from debilitating headaches. The best part is my doctor wants to know what our secret is!” — PMB, Kentucky

“Linda is a health and wellness genius…plus a major magician, since she turned a meat-loving and sugar-addicted me into a borderline vegetarian! Her passion to improve the lives of her clients from the inside out is life-changing and a joy to experience. I am to this day amazed that Linda redirected my food dreams from lusting after hot fudge sundaes to chock full of nutrition salads…and I feel so much better for it!” — MP, Vermont

“Linda provided healthy and delicious meals for my husband, and always with care and love. She went out of her way to meet with his specialist and followed the recommendations to the letter. She even coaxed an out-of-state bakery to ship a special bread that was hard to find. We can’t recommend Linda and Good Natured Cooking highly enough!” CH, Connecticut

“Working with Linda Garrettson I have been able to fully embody health and well being through manageable, yet transformative, food choices. I was a skeptic (even an eye-roller) about ever changing my diet. Linda takes the mystery out of plant based eating and has inspired me to take action in support of my health. Sugar and caffeine were my best friends for many years and, to be honest, I was a bit worried about being judged by nutritionists or life coaches. Linda is gentle in her approach and compassion. She walks the walk. And, she is super smart. I guarantee you will learn and grow…and have fun.” — SL, Connecticut
